What’s your secret to keeping customers coming in?

NyBugatti: Well I would like to think its my personality, I like to make people feel welcomed and I try to make sure when they come in that they feel special something they won't forget.

What has been your greatest professional success and

biggest setback?

NyBugatti: Hmm, my greatest success would be making a living for 2 whole year just off my creations, tied with a person that I taught to create who is now level 7 pro. My biggest setback was gettin disabled, I lost a boat load of credits and products some that I couldnt make over.

Have you ever had a customer come in and tr and get personal with you at any time?

NyBugatti: lol, Well yes it happens , its part of the business, more when I was creating than the restaurant though.

Did you take her up on her offer?

NyBugatti: lolz, Well I'm a gentleman so I dont kiss and tell.... but lets say I've given some discounted prices for some custom work in the past.. What kind of professional advise would

you give new restaurant owner?

NyBugatti: I would say 1) focus on wat ur

good at.. 2) location is key and u dont

know which customer is the one that

will make or break u so treathem all as

ur first customer ever.

Are you looking for Mrs. Nybugotti?

NyBugatti: well I never look for it cause

when u do it takes up too much of ur

energy but until there is a Mrs then

theres always room for her
