Ian asks : I ’ m new to this lifestyle . I started experimenting with some stuff a few years ago . I started seeing a Dom who slowly introduced me to his lifestyle . Now it ’ s getting to the serious part of things where the contract comes in . For the first time in a year I started to trust him and communicating likes and dislikes that I knew of . I ’ m super shy with my desires because of past experiences . My mind is racing . What do I need to know to effectively make this work ?
Ian , it sounds like you have a healthy relationship with not only your Dom , but yourself . This is amazing , it means you ’ re almost all of the way there . Perhaps in order to reign in your mind so it slows down and stops racing is to start writing everything down . Do a draft of what ’ s important to you and once you feel comfortable with it , share it with your Dom .
Kevin asks : My wife and I are exploring more in the bedroom , and a topic that has come up is that my wife has not been with another woman and thinks she would like to . I am all for it , and have already agreed that if i participate , it will only be with her , as we don ’ t want jealousy to come into play . She wants me to find her someone , but I have no idea how to find a new friend like that and we have no real social life . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated .

Kevin , that ’ s a bit tricky . If neither of you know anyone and you both don ’ t have much of a social life , this may be a bit difficult to achieve . Also , if your wife is the person who will be having the sexual encounter with the other woman , it would likely be better for her to approach the woman rather than you . Usually people approach acquaintances they know , go to a bar , a swingers establishment or try to find someone online . My suggestion would be to have a family member look after your children one Saturday night and attend a swingers club and see if you have any success . In my opinion , I think this is your best shot at success !
