Self-care and relaxation . It is so important to have that time to nurture oneself when in this line of work . Being pampered is a part of the lifestyle for good reason , because you literally deserve it when giving your energy to so many people . Another is being bored . Boredom allows the mind to wander and generates creativity .
PD : If you were not doing this , what other career would you like to have ?
The thought of interviewing to prove myself to someone else is horrid . I know what I have to offer and showing my feathers like a peacock to get something isn ’ t my style . I can ’ t imagine working for someone else either . Perhaps building an army would also be appropriate .
PD : Do you feel a sense of pride about what you do ?
Immensely . The look on someone ’ s face before , during and after a session , the notes of gratitude , the joyous life bonding experiences shared with others , the changes in someone ’ s life for the better ; knowing that I guided , lead and contributed to this makes me feel like a proud mother .
PD : What is your personal motivation to work as a dominatrix ?
BDSM has allowed me to reclaim my inner power . Providing me the space to be boldly and authentically myself . The joys of shaking up an individual ’ s world to show them an alternative reality makes me feel like Neo from the Matrix .
