‘I grew up in Arnos Grove. If you know it, you know it’s nothing special. Nevertheless, it’s still London. I decided to draw this mini collection capturing the little details of North London transport. Arnos Grove is on the Piccadilly Line, so I made this image specific to the interior details of a Piccadilly Line train, and the 43 bus made an exciting nightlife possible. When I turned 18, XOYO was my favourite club, and the 43 took me basically from door to door. I was the last stop on the bus too, so I could pass out on my journey home and know I wouldn’t miss it.’ Mary Flora Hart maryflorahart.co.uk maryflorahart The £100 Uber Fine a bright coin dropped to the bottom of a well, in equilibrium with last night’s pot noodle sliding down the black laquer of Ahmed’s ford mondeo - Vivvy Westwood poem_and_a_pint Get in touch for a chance to be featured in Issue 002: @darkmodemag With her name meaning ‘night’ in Sanskrit, Nisha is forever inspired by nocturnal perambulations, penned by moonlight.
