The Diaspora African RasTafari Congress brings together multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals dedicated
to improving our lives naturally and defining the future
of integrative healthcare. Topic discussed included
arthritis; diabetes; high blood pressure; and Cancer
(breast and prostate).
Health Station:
Sister Artrene Reed and Sister Primrose spearheaded
the DARC Holistic Health Test Stations for Blood sugar/
Diabetes testing and Hypertension screenings. To our
amazement many Ras at the event were at critical level
with High Blood Pressure.

DARC Health Symposium, which was held at Sundial Healing and Learning Center which is located in
the Bronx NY. Renowned speakers from the African
diaspora included DARC’s Co-Chair Ras Achiyanna who
elaborated on the importance of proper breathing
techniques and it relationship to optimum health.
Master Herbalist Baba Rahsan Abdul Hakim explained
the parallel between cell phone usages and ill-health.
He went on to explain his interpretations per the bible,
health and the black community. DARC ‘s Co-Chair Dr. B
not only introduced the audience tao Phytoplankton,z
a marine single cell plant that is in a unique category by
delivering homeostasis health and wellness. Attendees
were also introduced to tumor conqueror Chaga, the
most potent of all tree mushrooms. He highlighted the
relationship between the negative electrical energy
and diseases.
