• Suggest & advise as to any changes you may want
to make your property more saleable.
• Aggressively expose your property on the web.
• Constantly update you on the changing
marketplace.
• My team will prospect at a minimum of 4 hours
per day and talk to 40 people per day for potential
buyers.
• Will contact over the next 7 days: my buyer leads,
center of influence and past clients for their
referrals.
• Additional exposure through a professional sign
and lock-box.
• Pre-qualify ALL prospective buyers.
