Welcome to
Danville Dans Baseball !
As our world continues to return to normal , baseball will undoubtedly be another way to do the things we used to . And that means Danville Dans baseball is ready to bring Danville and Vermilion County back together .
Last summer was a great celebration of the 75 th anniversary of Danville Stadium . We ’ re glad that so many of you were able to join us for our special activities . This year , as our economy deals with rising prices and inflation along with supply chain issues , some of our concessions and souvenirs may be unavailable from time to time . But the Dans are doing their part of help combat the economic certainties by announcing that we are maintaining gate prices for the 2022 season . Coming to a Dans game is an affordable family entertainment option for everyone this summer .
We ’ re also excited to welcome Coach Ron Polk to the Dans coaching staff . Coach Polk has been a long-time supporter of the Dans , providing players and coaches for many past summers . See his biography on page 8 to learn more about this coaching legend .
And we ’ re excited to again welcome all our fans back to Danville Stadium for a great 2022 season .
