Welcome to
Danville Dans Baseball!
We know you’ re gonna love this summer with the Danville Dans!
First, we’ re excited to celebrated the 80th anniversary of the opening of historic Danville Stadium. Teams have been entertaining the local community since 1946( check out the stadium’ s history on pages 16-18).
We’ re also excited to welcome Cameron Gross as the new manager of the Dans. He’ s an assistant coach at IU Columbus – he played at Kokomo when he was in college. He and his assistants will guide the installment of the Danville Dans through the coming season.
And we thank Eric Coleman for guiding the Dans this past 12 years. He recorded a record of 362-287 with the Dans. His teams made the playoffs eight of his 11 seasons and led the league in stolen bases and strikeouts pitched six seasons each.
We love our fans, host families, volunteers, friends and sponsors without whom our team would not be able to continue.
You’ re Gonna Love It with the Dans this season!
