VISITING TCR

Visit www . theatrecr . org / visit for the most up-to-date guidelines for TCR guests . As COVID-19 circumstances evolve , this page will be updated prior to events and performances . TCR continues to follow CDC and Linn County Public Health recommendations for theatre gatherings .
AUDIENCE POLICIES TCR asks you to join us in reducing the risk of Covid-19 transmission , and will alter the following policies as guidance evolves . As of September 20 , 2021 : All audience members over the age of two must be masked . We are unable to accommodate mask exceptions for any individual over the age of two . Those unable or unwilling to wear masks may request a ticket exchange or refund , which will be honored ( see TICKET POLICY ). Audience members are asked to stay home if sick .
SEATING TCR will seat at full capacity . Accommodations for social distancing , including holding empty seats on either side of a party , will be accommodated upon request if inventory allows . This service is provided at no additional charge to the requesting party .
CONCESSIONS Food is not allowed in either theatre . Beverages are allowed if they are in a TCR sippy cup or water bottle . Straws will be provided for use with masks . No outside food or drink is allowed in the building . TCR sippy cups may be used for refill discounts . Individuals will be asked to remove and replace their own lids . If masks are removed to enjoy beverages during the show , audience members are asked to replace masks swiftly and consistently . Individuals may not remove their masks for extended periods of time , and will be asked to leave if doing so . Refreshments will be available pre-show and during intermission . The Linge Lounge will be closed following the performance and there will be no cast meet-and-greets .
CLEANING AND AIR CIRCULATION TCR will maintain regular , robust cleaning of public areas , including lobbies and restrooms , where nocontact soap dispensers have been installed . TCR utilizes Tri-Dek air filters throughout the building . Hand sanitizer is available at the concessions counters and box office .
SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the building , including e-cigarettes . Simulated smoking may occasionally occur on stage in context of the performance .
ELECTRONIC DEVICES Please turn off all electronic devices promptly at the start of the show . ( Feel free to story , check in , tweet , or post first !) Cameras and recording devices are prohibited during performances .
RESTROOMS Restrooms are located on all three lobby floors .
TICKET POLICY All refunds and exchanges requested by individuals due to Covid-19 will be honored at no charge to the patron . Refund and exchange requests must be received by the box office prior to the ticketed event date and start time . Request for refund deadlines will be communicated on a show-by-show basis .
POSTPONEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS TCR is committed to continuing with each production . This may mean making accommodations to postpone specific production dates . Shows will only be permanently cancelled as a last resort . If a show must be postponed or cancelled due to Covid-19 , impacted patrons will be notified by e-mail of their options .
