Naja Rickette, aka, The Naja, is an award winning celebrity nail artist. She’s been a salon owner,
brand Ambassador, and international educator. Her work has been seen on Lady Gaga, Mary
J Blige, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, and Kobe Bryant. She’s got a Guinness World Record under her
belt for polishing the highest number of clients in an 8 hour period and is currently on a reality
television show in its 5th season; LA Hair.
Her passion is helping young entrepreneurs in the beauty field make consistent cash from their
craft. She offers online classes and coaching on the business side of beauty.

Justin Thomas, “the prodigy”, is platform artist and international artistic director for Hattori Hanzo Shears.
Justin is progressively ch anging our industry with his unmatched style and aggression to bend the
fundamental rules of hairdressing. In his class you will be challenged to open your mind and explore your own
natural talents and be uplifted to regain your inspiration as a true hairdresser.
Together we will discover the true meaning why we entered this industry by not learning HOW to cut hair, but
by learning WHY we do. This is the why behind the how. Justin has been educated, trained, and collaborated
with some of the biggest names in the industry from Beverly Hills to New York and San Francisco.
rafael montua

Rafael spent his childhood in his Mothers salon, watching and learning about the industry first hand. He
attributes his creativity to his mother, who began bringing him to hair shows at the age of 15. Rafael s passion
continued to grow stronger with each passing day. Rafael worked in several salons throughout Europe and
Central America before deciding to take a leap of faith and move to the United States.
Throughout his 20’s, he spent most of his time between New York and Miami where he mastered the art
of hair design creating looks for television, print, and runway. He is often utilized for his vast knowledge of
haircare and chemistry and is currently involved with product development of several haircare, skincare, and
cosmetic lines. He is famed for his unique and adventurous approach to training. He values that he has been
able to create the successful career of his dreams and his goal is to teach others to do the same.
