PSALM 51:1-10
MATTHEW 9:10-17
God of wisdom, love, and might, you joined
street-level human existence as a healer
of both bodies and souls. Forgive us our
self-righteous and judgmental habits. Grant
us the courage to stand alongside our
neighbors in honest need of your mercy.
Let us embrace the new things you are
daily doing in us and, through us, in the
world. In the name of our teacher and
Savior, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
