Thierry graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d ’ Arts et Métiers ( ENSAM ) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris ( ENST ) in France . Thierry occupied various positions as technical director of most of the Thales Business groups . Thierry had an international career and worked in France , Australia , United States . In October 2010 , he joined CGGVeritas as Executive Vice President of Technology . In January 2017 , he joined SeaBed GeoSolutions , a subsidiary of CGG and Fugro , as president of the French affiliate where he acted as architect / project manager for the development SpiceRack , the novel seismic acquisition system leveraging thousands of low cost / low volume Autonomous Under Vehicles ( AUVs ). As an entrepreneur , Thierry created various companies to exploit his own patents on low cost acoustic navigation systems . Today , he has returned to ARKEOCEAN , his family company specialized in affordable acoustic navigation systems for divers and AUVs . His focus is on efficient concepts of operations and advanced acoustic systems .

ARKEOCEAN develops unmanned underwater vehicles that operate in swarms for the protection and exploration of the oceans . Through its early history , ARKEOCEAN has acquired a strong knowledge and knowhow in underwater acoustics to position and guide mobiles like divers or individual Autonomous Underwater Vehicles ( AUV ).
