– Fashion is for the bold and confident, what
statement do you look to make when you pick
your outfits for the day?
– I follow a timeless style that naturally follows the new
trends of fashion although my great love is the fashion
accessories of every new season.
– What are your go-to fashion tips for looking
confident and strong?
– Being myself, to feel comfortable and good with
what I wear and not copying style.
– What vision did you have when you imagined/
thought of Edge Boutique?
– A vision of a completely new proposal in the field of
modern fashion. Both my team and I personally, are very
happy and proud of the boutique and the impressive
response we experienced during the first months of its
operations. Our feelings and emotions are mixed; On
the one hand is the stress and the anxiety during the
preparations all those months before the opening and
then the great thrill when we faced the very positive
response of the audience which surpassed all our ex-
pectations. It was then that my vision became a reality!
How has fashion influenced your personal life
and image of yourself? What inspired that idea of
EDGE boutique?
– Fashion has always been a part of my life, everything
around us is fashion — ​The colours, the sceneries, our
feelings and emotions… All those little things around us

– Do you have any fashion faux pas that you
wouldn’t advise?
– Every woman should discover their own style and
should support it by 100%!
– Your lifestyle blog is full of lots of things you
do, but we’ll like to know your favourites, so, in a
snap, what is your favourite food that you never
get bored from, song, musician, and designer?
– My World by Maria Vashiotou (www.mariavashiotou.
com), is a blog about fashion, interiors, travelling, my busi-
ness activities, tastes and many more. Instead of a snap

– What are some fashion and business tips that
you have learned over the years and how have

– Creativity, the passion for what I do, endless Ideas, and
turning those ideas into… action!
