Mr. Dimitris Agouridis B.Sc.(Eng.), B.Sc.(App. Math), B.Sc.(Geophysics), M.Sc.(Geophysics)has been the Chief
Executive Officer and President of Intequest Corp. since 1996. Mr. Agouridis has been the President of
Geoscience Integrated Inc., since 1997, Canadian Locators Inc. and ID Technologies Inc. since 2001, all affiliated
companies of the INTUS Group.
He has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry specializing in research and development of
exploration algorithms and computerized technologies. He has been a Director of Intequest Corp. since 1996,
Geoscience Integrated Inc., since 1997, INTUS Capital Corporation since 2009, Canadian Locators Inc. and ID
Technologies Inc. since 2001.
Mr. Agouridis received his M.Sc. in Theoretical and Applied Geophysics from the University of Alberta and
holds a B. Sc. in Explorations Geophysics, a B. Sc. in Applied Mathematics and an Engineering Diploma.
As Founder and CEO he has led a number of Companies from conception to full-fledged successful and highly
profitable enterprises.
Mr. Agouridis is an Associate Member of the Southern States Energy Board (SSEB) of the US and has presented
extensively legislation proposals which shall see Damage Prevention and Environmental Protection efforts
streamlined and technologically aided with significant savings to constrained Municipal, State and National
budgets.
An active participant to a number of SmartCities initiatives around the globe, he has been a key speaker in
events bringing innovative solutions to the challenges they face.

High pressure gas and oil pipelines run through the urban areas posing a risk to both residents
and the
pipeline infrastructure. Proper measures must be made for all phases of operation of the
pipeline from
design and construction to operational stage. It is equally important to follow safety
procedures when
some contracting or groundwork is done in the vicinity of the pipeline.
