Nilay started her career at banking. After completion of her MBA, she worked at Marsh in Istanbul as a
Senior Client Executive responsible for Specialty lines including Financial Lines, Marine and Energy.
In 2004, she transferred to Marsh’s London office, and during this time, she had significant experience
advising major multinational clients on their financial lines exposures, mainly FTSE 100 corporations in
the UK and large corporations across Europe.
In 2011, she assumed the responsibility of Placement and Business Development for FINPRO across
CEMEA region. As of Dec 2012, she is the FINPRO Practice Leader for Continental Europe. Her
responsibility includes Management Liability, Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions and Cyber.
She is a regular speaker at various conferences across Europe.
Nilay holds an MBA degree from Leeds University Business School.
