Preventing overspray on trim around bonded screens, side glasses and mouldings – eliminating glass and trim removal while allowing better vehicle masking.
3M ™ Trim Masking Tapes
Developed for masking the rubber trim on bonded screens and sealed windows. A small plastic strip is pushed behind the rubber and a 38mm self-adhesive tape is folded back and stuck to the window to hold the rubber clear of the paintwork.

3M ™ Trim Lifting Cord
Eases the problems when painting up to a rubber moulding such as around a windscreen. A flexible 6mm diameter foam cord is slid under the moulding using a clever applicator tool. Quick to apply, the cord ensures no edge build up and no visible evidence of repair work, thus eliminating the need to remove the glass. Applicator tool is supplied free with each box.
