LIT
LEADERS IN TRAINING
LIT is an intensive, life changing two week
experience, where participants will take
part in a range of activities and sessions
engaging them in personal and spiritual
formation. In addition to some practical
leadership skills and training, particularly
targeted at emerging young leaders.
As part of the program our LITs will
learn and engage alongside some of
our Primary Camps, culminating in them
spending some time shadowing one of
our experienced Primary Camp leaders
through their camp experience.
