advised and closed transactions with many of the leading firms in the defense and government services market, including AECOM
Technology Corporation, BAE Systems, The Boeing Company, CSC Corporation, Honeywell International, Lockheed Martin, ManTech International,
NCI Information Systems, Raytheon Company, and Veritas Capital.
