7 Princes Street: Reimagining a Sustainable Commercial Landmark
7 Princes Street was transformed through a comprehensive redevelopment to create a contemporary, sustainable commercial destination in the heart of the City of London. Delivered in collaboration with RED Construction and designed by Aukett Swanke, the project reimagined the existing building with the addition of two new storeys, a complete façade replacement, and high-quality workplace amenities, achieving a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
Vision Arch delivered the design, supply, and installation of the building envelope, including curtain walling, windows, revolving and automatic pass doors, secondary steelwork, Met-Sec framing, limestone and terracotta rainscreen cladding, glass balustrades, and aluminium louvres. The extensive refurbishment transformed the 1970s structure into a modern nine-storey workplace, combining high-performance façade engineering with contemporary architectural detailing to support sustainability, energy efficiency, and the long-term performance of the building.
