NHBC PIJ QUALITY AWARD- DORCHESTER GROUP, NUT TREE VIEW

Nut Tree View at Oxney Quarter has received further recognition for construction excellence after Site Managers Mark Wheeler and Bradley Sleeman secured NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards, reinforcing the development’ s reputation for high standards of site management and workmanship.
As Oxney Quarter continues to evolve on the former Prince Philip Barracks site in Whitehill & Bordon, one neighbourhood within the wider masterplan has attracted national recognition for the quality of its construction. Nut Tree View, delivered by Dorchester Group, has seen Site Managers Mark Wheeler and Bradley Sleeman receive NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards, recognising the standards being achieved throughout the development.
The awards are among the housebuilding industry’ s most respected accolades, celebrating exceptional site management through a rigorous assessment process carried out over many months. Inspectors evaluate every aspect of construction, from technical knowledge and workmanship to leadership, organisation and health and safety, with only a small percentage of site managers receiving a Quality Award each year.
Nut Tree View forms part of Oxney Quarter, a wider residential community being created within the grounds of the former military barracks. The development has been designed around three core principles of heritage, quality and wellbeing, creating a neighbourhood that reflects the site’ s history while providing contemporary homes within landscaped surroundings.
The homes combine traditional architectural influences with modern layouts and technology. Streets are arranged to encourage a strong sense of community, while generous green spaces and pedestrian routes connect residents with the surrounding countryside. The wider masterplan also retains links to the site’ s military heritage through its layout and public spaces.
Environmental performance has been incorporated into the homes through the use of modern construction methods and integrated technology. The development has also been planned to promote active lifestyles, benefiting from nearby open space, woodland and recreational facilities, including the neighbouring Bordon and Oakhanger Sports Club.
