NHBC PIJ Quality Award- Sligo Road
Backed by Choice Housing Association and supported by an investment exceeding £ 7 million, work on phase one of 20 homes began in spring 2024, with full handover scheduled for early 2026.
The scheme responds directly to a widespread housing need— with over 84,000 households on the waiting list in Northern Ireland— and brings energy-efficient homes into the heart of the Fermanagh region.
