Phase 3 focuses on delivering a further 345 new homes , bringing the total number of homes delivered by the end of the project to over 800 . What sets Phase 3 apart is its attention to architectural detail . Using a simple yet high-quality material palette of light and dark bricks , the development offers a harmonious blend of contemporary design and homage to local architectural traditions .
With subtle brick detailing , textured metalwork , and elegant balcony balustrades , the buildings will offer balanced proportions , while remaining true to the domestic scale of the area ’ s secondary streets . This design choice maintains active frontages and ensures that the development feels connected to the existing urban fabric .
