The Loddon School is home for children aged 8 - 19 with profound autism , who are non-verbal and have severe learning difficulties , resulting in highly challenging behaviours .
Project managed by DM Habens Ltd , the Maple Grove project presents unique challenges that require strategic planning and meticulous execution . To overcome these hurdles , the construction of Buildings 1 and 3 is being prioritised , with the connection of the central Building 2 scheduled to follow . This phased approach is essential to ensuring that each structure is safely and effectively erected , given the tight constraints of the site .
