STRATA TO DOUBLE ITS WORKFORCE AS PART OF INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION PLAN

Dublin based digital construction services and project controls services provider , Strata , today announced that it will double its workforce , creating up to 40 additional jobs over the next three years . The majority of the new jobs will be based in Ireland and are spread across construction scheduling and planning management , 4D / 5D digital services , BIM management , sustainability , data analytics , and forensic delay analysis .

Founded in 2016 by Enda Grimes , Strata has grown to serve over 60 clients in 15 countries , with significant growth delivered in the Life Sciences , Data Centre , Energy and Infrastructure sectors . In addition to its headquarters in Ireland , the company also operates offices in the United Kingdom and Brazil .
The company partners with global clients on complex and challenging construction projects , including over twenty-five mission critical constructs .
Given the complexity of large construction projects , delays and project overruns are a frequent and costly occurrence . Strata saw a gap in the market for an independent specialist construction planning service , delivered by engineers with practical construction knowledge as well as high proficiency in the specialist scheduling techniques . When founded , Strata initially focused on construction project planning and control services . While this service remains at the core of their offering today , the company has since expanded its services to include Virtual Design and Construction services , providing tailored , highquality 3D , 4D and 5D animations ; Construction data analytics , analyzing and interpreting data to enhance project outcomes and ; Forensic delay analysis , encompassing comprehensive research , substantiation , and negotiation of time-related claims .
