Designed by architects , McAdam Design , the project will be completed in 14 phases - the first phase of homes is made up of over 100 homes and has been built at the north end of the development which borders the Upper Springfield Road .
December saw the first families collect the keys to their new homes .

“ We have also focused on sustainability , biodiversity and environmental factors , with plans to retain existing as well as planting over 10,000 new native species trees , adding to the wooded character that will last into the future .”
