I am Paul , the founder of BWS Clearmind , a new and innovative addiction support service for the construction industry .

When I finally surrendered to my illness , I was lucky to get a place in a rehabilitation centre where I was able to work on myself and find out why I ran away from my problems and found solace in drink and drugs .
Now in recovery from my addiction I ' ve launched BWS Clearmind to help other scaffolders who are going through the same ordeal .
My aim is to go into scaffolding businesses and raise awareness about addiction and its consequences , as well as provide suggested paths out of the chaos by way of presentations and online pathways .

Awareness Presentations I will deliver a presentation based on my life story and lived experience , showing what I had and what I lost through addiction and living that lifestyle . I will also share information about addiction , its causes , symptoms , effects , and treatment options . The presentation will be engaging , interactive , and tailored to your specific needs and goals .
Aftercare Program This is a confidential service for any of your employees who reach out to me for help . I will provide them with online support , guidance , and resources to help them overcome their addiction and stay sober . I will also monitor their progress and give them feedback and encouragement .
BWS Clearmind also has a team of trusted people with experience in mental health , building industry , and training who assist me in delivering the service . They are all in or out of recovery themselves , so they understand what your employees are going through .
