The Galliard Apsley Partnership is creating a £ 165million urban regeneration scheme at Soho Wharf , comprising of 102 two and three-bedroom townhouses and 650 one and two-bedroom apartments , 300 parking spaces and more than 10,000 sq ft of commercial space , creating a canal-side hub .
