First of all I ’ d like to say congratulations to Paul Armes the site manager on this site and his site team , Secondly I ’ d like to congratulate the joiner we have on this site , Luke Hodson , he was my first apprentice whom I personally trained . He was also my first employee back when I was still working as a joiner myself . Currently , he is subcontracting to us and leading his own team . Luke has played a significant role in this company ' s growth from the very beginning , and his contribution to the site team on The Brambles which received an award is something I am extremely proud of .
Luke ' s achievements will serve as the foundation and precedence we aim to establish as a company within the industry . We strive to replicate and surpass these exceptional results with not only our current & future apprentices But accross our entire sub contractor base and sites using Luke as an example .
