ARCAS BUILDING SOLUTIONS - THE STABLES
Founded in 2010 , Arcas Building Solutions have delivered for clients on hundreds of projects of all sizes , across the full range of sectors . One of their latest projects is the refurbishment of The Inn Collection ’ s The Stables in Whitby .
The site reopened to customers on 5th May following a multimillion-pound refurbishment carried out by the Newcastle-based pub with rooms operator , which has taken six months to renovate the Inn ’ s bar and restaurant area .
Originally constructed in the late 19th century , the Stables holds a special place in the hearts of Whitby residents and visitors alike . Recognising its historical significance , the refurbishment project was undertaken with utmost care , aiming to breathe new life into the structure while maintaining its original character .
It is the first phase of the renovation which has also seen refurbishments carried out to the existing nine bedrooms
