Work started on three new 10,000 sq ft units in November 2022 , which is the second phase of the innovative 25-acre agricultural technology park .
Ni . PARK is taking its sustainability responsibilities seriously , with units coming equipped with electric vehicle charging points and PV solar panels , together with sustainable drainage systems ( SUDS ) and ecological enhancements . the 2021 Civil Engineers Contractors Association ( CECA ) Midlands awards .

When completed , the Ni . PARK will offer companies a range of units for agri-tech and enterprise occupiers suitable for R & D , light industry , general industrial and storage , with planning use classes B1 , B2 and B8 .
