In January 2009 , Rob Burnham formed Greenplan Construction Limited , initially set up to tender for and secure the build completion of the former Milestone Homes homes developments .
After successfully completing these develpments , the company rebranded to become Greenplan Designer Homes and now specialise in small scale , high quality developments principally based in Sussex .
The company has a strict acquisition criteria for new sites and is taking small but thoughtful steps in it ’ s efforts to become one of Sussex ’ s most reputable developers .
