She started her company, Infiniti Power House back in 2013 working partime, a network Top Models & Talent Scout Network for models and talent. Platform for them to get exposure and connect with others. She later added other divisions in 2015, under her umbrella over the years and to this current time, such as; magazines~

La Gucci Styles, TM&TSN, IPH, I&Y Rap, Starrah Factor, Elite Super Model, Super Model Teen, Super Model Kids, Rising Kid Star, IPH Model Search, IPH Top Model, Int'l Fashion Week, Cutie Pie Magazines, IPH Buzz Digital News and IPH Shopping Digital Catalog, as well as hosting a radio talk show, “Live Your Dream,” & "The Starrah Factor" and a weekly Facebook live called IPH Buzz Newz where in 1 year she reached over 56,000 views.

She's always been known as a "bridge between gaps", connecting forces to make a difference in people’s lives.” Her models have been featured in major movies and prime time television shows, as well as being featured at the 2017 New York Fashion Week. She had two major interviews for televised networks in Atlanta Ga, Columbia Sc and she was on Little Miss Atlanta, Reality Show on TLC, where 5 of her models had their 1st Debut in the world of showbiz on a prime network.

In July and August 2017, she introduced to the world "Carolina Fashion Week" and she produced her very own fashion shows WDFS2017 and CFSE2017. She is currently working on starting her very own TV Network which IPHNetworkMediaTv which it's already in action on youtube.

She's a Walterboro native, the youngest of nine children of Viola and Oliver Pierce Sr. She was told at a very young age by two different Spiritual Profits that God was going to use her in mighty way.

When she was a senior in high school, she knew her dreams were to be a high fashion model and work in the fashion industry. She later enrolled and majored in fashion merchandising at a business college in Columbia SC, once after graduating she worked for a high-end boutique as a Fashion Coordinator, then later worked for a fashion designer. After marrying her husband and traveled world as a military spouse, but then life intervened. Her marriage ended, and she moved back to Columbia Sc to raise her two daughters: I’man S. Noble and Yasmine C. Noble as a single parent. Her love for fashion industry was again placed on hold, which was nothing but God plans for the the next 25 years, where she worked in the corporate world, where God manifested himself through her at every job she worked, then in 2015 she felt lead by God, to move into the fashion and talent industry to fulfill her dreams which was God's master plan, after retiring from At&t of 17 years at the age of 50.
