A green car project, taking place across the group has involved employers communicating with staff and students via Google+ at Reading whilst the students have presented their ideas to panels of staff and employers.

Some graphics students at Banbury & Bicester College have recently been named as the winners of an accountancy firm's competition to redesign their company. This kind of live brief is best with external companies but recentl, graphics students pitched their design ideas to a panel for the creation of the #ReadTL15 logo. What projects do you have that students could do?

Members of the National Art & Design Saturday Club, which runs from Banbury and Bicester College, took part in the session with Mike Fairbrass, head of model making at Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners. The company, which has offices in London, Shanghai and Sydney, has worked on projects including the Millennium Dome, Paddington Waterside and National Assembly for Wales.How could you be inspired to connect students with industry experts?

Students at City of Oxford College are part of a learning company named TeamworX. It is designed to immerse students in commercial approaches to learning.
