The 2022-23 CURRICULUM GUIDE assists students and their parents in choosing an appropriate course of study for the coming school year . It is advisable to check the graduation requirements as well as the course requirements for each year before making any course selections . Courses are described according to department and in numbered series within each department in this handbook . As a general rule , courses in the 100 series are for freshmen , courses in the 200 series are for sophomores , courses in the 300 series are for juniors and courses in the 400 series are for seniors .
Unless otherwise noted , 1.0 credit courses last the whole year and 0.5 credit courses last only one semester .
