Southern Handcraft Society
Southern Handcraft Society of Coral Springs will
meet on November 13, 2018 at 7 p.m. in Cypress
Creek Clubhouse at 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral
Springs. This month participants will have the oppor-
tunity to make a variety of items including a polymer
clay Santa ornament, beaded bracelet or clothes pin
wreath. We welcome new members. All you need is

Gold Coast Jazz Society 2018-19 Jazz
Concert Series
Fort Lauderdale, FL – Living Jazz Live is the
theme of this season’s jazz concert series and you’ll
hear lots of live jazz presented by the Gold Coast
Jazz Society. Our 27th year of jazz concerts fea-
tures the GCJS debut of several renowned artists,
who will perform a sensational variety of straight-
ahead tunes, new renditions of old favorites as well
as jazz that is innovative and creative. International
artists as well as outstanding local musicians are
included in the series. All concerts this year will be
presented at the Amaturo Theater at the Broward
Center for the Performing Arts, 201 SW 5th Avenue
in Fort Lauderdale and begin at 7:45 pm.
The jazz concert series includes seven concerts.
Full season subscriptions are available for $294 per
person and Jazz Trio subscriptions (3 concerts of
your choice) are available for $144 per person by
calling the Gold Coast Jazz Society at 954-524-
