started selling crackers made from graham flour.
Honey was added to the recipe to sweeten the bitter
flavor of the whole grain flour. These crackers were
an instant success.
Today graham crackers are still a favorite snack.

site fire. Graham crackers are an essential ingredient
in the tasty crust for cheesecake and key lime pie.
Let’s toast to the “famous food names” with a
Bellini cocktail. This refreshing mixture of Italian
prosecco and peach purée was invented by
Giuseppe Cipriani, owner of Harry’s Bar in Venice,
during the summer of 1948. The color of this drink
