Together, we are champions of the human spirit!
Everything we do is done with passion for delivering
HOPE in the fight against cancer, diabetes and other
life-threatening diseases. Thank you for being a
member and a volunteer of this great and worthwhile organization. Please remember - volunteers
are unpaid, not because they are worthless, but
because they are priceless.”
Our final Board meeting of the 2015-16 season is
scheduled for May 3rd at which time our newly
elected officers will take charge of the proceedings.
The new time will be 11:30 a.m. Please join us at
the Skolnick Center to show your support of our
incoming President, Jo Murphy, and the other Executive officers. A closing lunch will be served following
the meeting, hostessed by Carmen Rachwal, Jean
Sachs and Joan Toll.
Our annual second night seder was held at the
Oaks Country Club on April 23rd. Bette and Marvin
Heidenrich again co-chaired the event, and Bob
Bookbinder led the meaningful service. Those who
attended were happy to celebrate Passover with
their City of Hope family.
YOU are cordially invited to
join our chapter in the fight
against cancer, diabetes, HIV/Aids
and other dreaded diseases. Your
membership is just a call away.
