Energy do?
The Department of Energy( DOE) is charged with advancing the national, economic, and energy security of the United States; and ensuring the environmental cleanup of the national nuclear weapons complex. Rick Perry, the incoming Director, is infamous of forgetting its name when listing federal agencies to end.
Trump and Business
President-elect Donald J. Trump has many extensive and diverse business interests, including some abroad, and some of his interests involve foreign government entities.
Trump is not obligated to divest his foreign business interests, even if he comes smack up against the ill-defined boundary of propriety.
Still the Constitution does not always demand that we and our government act wisely. And that is the situation here.
