Palm Aire Angels Luncheon and Card Party
The Palm Aire Angels will be hosting their 32nd annual Luncheon and Card party on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 11:30am at the Oaks Clubhouse in Palm Aire Country Club, 3701 Oaks Clubhouse Drive, Pompano Beach, Florida. A very special, diverse group of children and their coach from the Israel Tennis Centers will speak about their lives in Israel and how the Israel Tennis Centers has made a difference in their lives and the lives of over half a million Israeli children. The Israel Tennis Centers is a 501( c) 3 non-profit organization that uses the medium of sport to enhance the development of Israeli youth. The ITC has 14 centers throughout Israel, located mainly in underprivileged neighborhoods, and provides disadvantaged children with life skills in a structured, safe and nurturing environment. Get your friends together and join the Palm Aire Angels for lunch, cards and mahjong. The cost of the luncheon is $ 25 with an additional minimum tax-deductible donation of $ 50. Southern Handcraft Society
Southern Handcraft Society of Coral Springs will meet on March 7th at 7 p. m. in Cypress Park Clubhouse at 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs. We welcome new members. All you need is an interest in crafting. Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month. After the general meeting we always have a fun craft project for anyone who would like to join in. This month we ' ll be making a hand sewn rabbit.
Our DAYTIMERS group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at Hobby Lobby in Coral Springs. This month we meet on March 21st at 10 a. m. For more information on this group and supplies to bring, please call Sally 954-798-1672.
