maintained and preserved the heritage of jazz by
presenting the music celebrating jazz's evolution
over the past 100 years.
Session Topics:
April 4 - Where in the World is Jazz? – Where did
jazz originate and how did it get to what it is today?
Join Martin Hand and the trio as they explore the ori-
gins of the music of jazz, how it moved throughout
America and became the music it is today.
Apr. 5th - Old Town Untapped
6:00pm - 9:00pm at Bailey Contemporary Arts, 41
NE 1st Street
Old Town Untapped is a monthly craft beer and
arts festival hosted by the Pompano Beach CRA and
features free samples of local beers crafted by brew-
eries in  Pompano  Beach's emerging craft beer
scene. In addition the streets of Old Town are lined
with food trucks, artists, crafters and interactive art.
Inside Bailey Contemporary Arts, guests can grab
some locally roasted coffee at Blooming Bean Coffee
Roasters and walk through the galleries rotating art
exhibits each month. 
Apr. 12th - Music Under the Stars
7:00pm at  The Great Lawn, Corner of Atlantic
and Pompano Beach Blvd.
Join them for an evening of great music and
entertainment as Vista Motor Company presents
Music under the Stars every second Friday of the
month. Music kicks off at 7:00pm at the Great Lawn
located
at
the
intersection
of
Atlantic
and Pompano Beach Boulevard. Our featured bands
for the next few months are as follows: April 12 – The
KuKooz (Classic Rock)
Apr. 13th - Spring Fling
9:00am - 12:00pm at| Community Park, 7201 NE
8th St.
Like a bunny, we are hopping into Spring! Come
join us for a fun family day filled with lots of activities
including: arts and crafts, DJ with games and danc-
ing, a spring photo booth to take your picture in,
