Dr . Blake is an Assistant Professor for the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine , The Milton S . Hershey Medical Center since 2002 .
Her medical background includes Memphis State University , B . S ., Microbiology and Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine earning a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine ( DPM ) in 1995 .
As a practitioner and professor , Dr . Blake has clinical expertise in Nail Fungus Treatment , Heel Pain , Diabetic Foot Ulcer , Treatment of Foot Arthritis , Prescription Foot Orthotics as well as other lower extremity treatment modalities .
Erick Janisee , C . Ped
Erick is a corporate trainer with DJO / Dr Comfort Footwear . He has over 25 years of experience in patient care and is a respected educator and author .
He has served as invited faculty for courses and symposia presented by the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society , Washington University School of Medicine and Scott and White Healthcare .
Mr . Janisse is past member of the PFA Board of Directors and current Chair of PFA ’ s Council on Pedorthic Education .
