I t is a given that you have to run your practice knowledgeably. You sell special footwear. How do you define special? When you adhere to an industry standard you can know what defines your products as exceptional. When your production is aligned to a quality standard, buyers will know, that you can then deliver what they expect. Standardizations have to be specific in all details. lf standardizations are nonspecific they produce uncertainty.
