Year by year, we get better and better. Lincoln
has the lowest bill in the Big 10 for the second
consecutive year, with monthly bills averaging
nearly $10 less than the runner-up in Iowa City.

pay an average of $267.36 less for their electricity
compared to those in West Lafayette, Indiana;
$363.48 less than those in Columbus, Ohio; and
$678.72 less than those in Madison, Wisconsin.
