Message from Honorable Vice-Chancellor
It is my pleasure to Congratulate Model United Nations Association, Chittagong University for organizing their international conference“ Chittagong University Model United Nations 2017” after completing their successful previous events CUMUN 2015 and CUMUN 2016. I am happy that MUNA, CU has opened the route of diplomatic behavior, professionalism and skilled up the negotiation habit among the students of the universities throughout the country and abroad as well.
I believe, the theme which is selected for CUMUN 2017“ Moralizing youth for a world free of terrorism” is very relevant in regard tocontemporary global affairs. In the devastating form of terrorism across the present day world which is mainly operated by some demoralized youth, herein our country, CUMUN 2017 can play a notable role to redefine the pledge of today ' s youth against such evil force and their heinous activities through this kind of event.
I look forward to see the enthusiasm and eagerness to explore the new world of Model United Nations among the students of Chittagong University. I encourage such a great initiative and I strongly believe, creating this milestone, MUNA, CU will come up with successive sessions of CUMUN in the years to come which will bring the image of Chittagong University to a greater height. Finally I wish Model United Nations’, event a great success.
