My journey in the CUMUN world started with CUMUN 2015. The voyage towards becoming an Organizer continued by being the Officer of conference management for CUMUN 2016. The saga continues and this time I feel honored to work as the USG of Documentation for CUMUN 2017.
I believe that“ Moralizing youth for a world free of terrorism” is the perfect theme for this year’ s conference as youth are being manipulated and being used in order to fulfill the evil agenda of extremist groups. I feel that being involved in productive endeavors such as Model United Nations conferences will help the youth to get a clear idea about the whole scenario and will be compelled to work in order to counter such misconducts. My expectations from CUMUN 2017 is no different.
I would like to congratulate my Documentation team; without whom none of this would have been possible. I want to render my respect towards my mentor Mr. S. M. Mottakin, the founding President of CUMUNA. Gratitude towards the Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, and Chief of Staff, all my fellow USGs, all the Directors and Officers of CUMUN 2017!

Every individual needs to be diplomat, leader and promoter in some aspects of life. Chittagong University Model United Nations Association( CUMUNA) is a platform where we practice diplomacy, negotiation and leadership. We believe that the students of the world will be the future leader that’ s why they need to know how to deal with people. And our aim is to flourish oneself and make them competitive for the upcoming world.
Recently we have successfully launched our two signature event CUMUN’ 15 and CUMUN’ 16. Now this is the 3rd phase of our signature event, CUMUN’ 17 with the theme MORALIZING YOUHTS FOR A WORLD FREE OF TERRORISM. This is not only a MUN conference but also a house full of memory, fun and of course learning.
At last I would like to welcome all the Executive Board Members and Delegates to the green castle of south. I also express my heartiest gratitude to CU administration, our honorable sponsors and my dear directors & officers for their immense support.
