READING/MATH BOOSTER PROGRAM
282 participants receiving personalized
instruction to maintain their skills.
“
What a wonderful, supportive way to keep my
student practicing her reading skills while on
summer break! The teacher was fun and
upbeat. Thank you, Eagle Foundation, for
investing in our next generation.
“
The buddy program has taught
me better leadership skills. It has
helped me with confidence and I
think it made me have more trust
with everyone. I wouldn’t change
anything. This program is one of
the best things that ever
happened to me. It is perfect
the way it is.

The Foss Science camp
opened my child’s eyes
to chemistry. He was a
reluctant attendee on
Day 1 and was sad to
see it come to
completion on Day 4.
Each day I could see
the excitement as he
told me what they
learned while my
kitchen became a mini
chem lab with
experiments he
learned in camp.

The Eagle Foundation at Cumberland Valley School District (CVSD) is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to
encouraging community-wide participation in our public schools through philanthropy. Our efforts enhance and expand educational
opportunities for CVSD students and the community. Founded in 1996, the Foundation annually funds initiatives that benefit the
district's students in pre-kindergarten through providing tuition assistance for graduates. The 21-member volunteer Board governing
the organization strives to balance its investments in academics, cultural activities, community projects, and athletics.
