The Bully Julian Hirsch and Leon Berngruberl This is the true story of what happened in a school for young men around 1570. The school was in the monastery of Heilsbronn. After Reformation, when the monastery was closed, there were no more monks there, so the Duke decided to use the buildings for a school. The school was open to boys coming from poor families who got the chance to get a good education there. Then they could become magistrates of their duke, which was a very respectable and well-paid job. in the former monastery in Heilsbronn. The teachers were very strict and there was much to learn, but the boys tolerated it because they wanted to take their chance and get a good job. One of the boys, Tony, was very strong and had many friends. He liked to bully Henry, a quiet boy who wasn’t so strong and not as popular as Tony. Today my school caries the name of this duke (Margrave George Frederick School) and follows the tradition of this school.
