One day at the Cadolzburg Castle in the late Middle Ages, there were the“ Knight Games”, a big tournament. Albrecht Achilles, his father Friedrich I, Anne of Saxony and Elisabeth of Bavaria were watching a duel of two knights, when something terrible happened … Suddenly a group of enemies invaded the castle to defeat the whole town. They opened a fire to burn the castle down, with success. The whole castle was burning for days. After the fire had gone, the Cadolzburg was only a huge ruin. A horrible view!!
But many years later, around 1990, a big group of started to rebuild the castle and transformed it into a special place- a museum.
