In 1782 the temple was finally blessed again by the Agustins, they have builded up one of the greatest temples of town.
But the government didn't take the right care of that building and started to sell them to rich people instead of being from the church.
The owners do what they wanted with the building and they started to make neighborhoods, parking lots and private houses.
In this case it was used as a neighborhood, a parking lot and even a cabaret.
It has passed seventy seven years and in the year 1948 the government tried to rescue the lateral look cover and they finished in 1951 and another 16 years to start the general reconstruction, all of this changes were paid with government and the Secretary of National Patrimony money.
Today is used as place where projections reconstruct the facade and all its beautiful sculptures.
