I Love Lucy Party !
Seniors at Cullman Center wanted to celebrate the 70th birthday of the iconic TV show “ I Love Lucy ” so the crew dressed up and had a party Lucille Ball style . Participants were encouraged to dress up as their favorite character from the show , whether it be Lucy , Ricky , Fred , or Ethel .
Faye Turney Brown won the best dressed as “ Lucy ” and Derald Briscoe was chosen as the “ Best Fred .”
The show first aired on Oct . 15 , 1951 and we felt like this would be a great place to showcase the “ love ” for the show .
